Our live-stream and hybrid events are hosted on the vFairs 3-D immersive platform.

How to Join a Live Event

Log In up to 1-hour Early: The portal opens one hour before the scheduled start time. Log in at the WAS vFairs Portal

Enable Audio: CRITICAL: Click "Allow" when your browser asks for microphone access. You will not hear the stream without this permission.

Enter the Auditorium: Walk virtually through the lobby and click on the main auditorium.

Click the Screen: Click the presentation screen to view the countdown timer.

Join the Stream: When the countdown ends, an audible tone will sound as the join button appears; click the JOIN button.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
Quick Fixes:

Can't Register? You are likely already registered. Go straight to the login page instead.
No Sound or Video? You likely blocked microphone permissions. Log out, log back in, and click "Allow" when prompted.
Getting Help During an Event
Use Live Support: Click the Tech Support link or Chat button inside the vFairs platform.
Warning: The WAS Gmail account is not monitored during live events. Do not email for immediate technical issues.
